Snow Delays and Closures
In the event of a weather delay, the Santa Fe Courthouse will open at 10:00 a.m. If your hearing is scheduled prior to 10:00 a.m., you must appear for your hearing promptly at 10:00 a.m. If your hearing is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. or later, you must appear at the scheduled time. In the event of a delay, Judge Bulman will hear all cases scheduled for that morning in the order scheduled. If the courthouse is closed, you will be sent notice of your new hearing date and time. All delays or closures will be reported to the major news stations, KOAT, KOB and KRQE and our website will be updated.

Weather Delays and Closures

All matters scheduled in the delay period will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
If the court is closed on the day you have a scheduled hearing, your hearing will be rescheduled and noticed by the court. Please refer to the local media stations to ensure if the Courthouse is on a delayed schedule or closed
Motion Package: Division X follows LR1-201 as it relates to Motions. The court prefers the motion package SHALL be submitted in both electronic and hard copy formats. The hard copies shall be submitted as follows: three hole punched on the left side, NOT in binders, but either rubber banded or fastened with binder clips.
** As of January 1, 2022, failure to submit a Motion Packet in paper format may result in the hearing on the motion being cancelled.
