Exhibits:
Exhibits for use during a motion hearing or bench trial shall be served on the opposing party and delivered to Division VI 48 hours in advance of the hearing or trial pursuant to the Supreme Court Order. The Court may not receive ex parte argument or testimony. As a result, exhibits shall not be submitted with attachments that contain argument, allegations, or testimony and the Court may refuse submissions on that basis.
Submission of Motion Packages:
It will be necessary to follow LR1-201 as it relates to Motions in cases assigned to Judge Biedscheid, Division VI.
Counsel shall submit the notice of hearing in electronic form to sfeddiv6proposedtxt@nmcourts.gov and alert the court that the motion package has been sent.
The hard copies shall be 3-hole punched on the left side and each section shall be tabbed.

Weather Delays and Closures
